Instructions: Remove the centre core from the kale and chop the leaves finely.
This can be done in a food processor but make sure it isnt too fine. Heat a wok and add the oil. When hot add the garlic and ginger. Stir for a few seconds until the aroma is released then add the kale. Cook over a strong heat until it wilts. Add raisins serve. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
