Beat egg substitute or egg until light and foamy; add milk, sweetener, and oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Pour onto
lightly greased pan and cook on both sides.

NOTE: Spelt flour can be substituted, but you will need to decrease the milk to 1/2 cup.
