Instructions: 1.Marinate Kangaroo in garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander with 1 tbs soya sauce and 1 tbs sesame oil from 1h our to overnight (depending on your time).
2.In a hot wok or pan add a little oil and saute onion then add vegetables for 3-4 minutes, remove and stand. 3.In the wok add Kangaroo and toss browning meat for 3-4 minutes, add Hokkien noodles toss through with vegetables. 4. Make sauce of 4 tbs soya sauce, 1 tbs honey and 2 tbs peanut butter and a little hot water. 5. Pour over Stirfry mix. 6. Toss through and serve.
