2 kg	kangaroo topside
1/2 gm	cracked pepers
15 gm	garlic
500 ml	red wine
300 gm	cranberries
500 gm	carrots diced
180 gm	sliced onions

Instructions:

Instructions: 1) Seal meat in small batches.

2. Place all ingredients in casserole dish and cook in moderate oven (180-190) for approx 2.5 hours.

3. Check consistently - if necessary thicken slightly with buerre manie - flour & butter.

4. Serve with mashed potato, kumara or potato chippettes.
