1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 x Kansas City strip steak (16 oz.) AKA New York strip Delmonico or shell steak
1 pkt mixed greens (8 oz.)
1/4 lb green beans halved and steamed
4 x radishes thinly sliced
1 can artichoke hearts (10 oz.) rinsed and drained
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbl red wine vinegar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp anchovy paste
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together the lemon pepper and ground pepper in a small bowl; rub the mixture all over the steak and let stand 15 minutes.

Heat a heavy skillet over meidum heat. Add the steak and sear until done to taste, about 6 minutes on each side for medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

Meanwhile, combine the greens, beans, radishes and artichoke hearts in a large mixing bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, worcestershire, mustard, anchovy paste and chives in a small bowl. Pour all but 2 tbsp of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Divide the salad among 4 dinner plates, evenly divide the steak slices on top and spoon about 1/2 tbsp of the reserved dressing over each.
