Instructions: Mix together the lemon pepper and ground pepper in a small bowl; rub the mixture all over the steak and let stand 15 minutes.
Heat a heavy skillet over meidum heat. Add the steak and sear until done to taste, about 6 minutes on each side for medium rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly. Meanwhile, combine the greens, beans, radishes and artichoke hearts in a large mixing bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, worcestershire, mustard, anchovy paste and chives in a small bowl. Pour all but 2 tbsp of the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Divide the salad among 4 dinner plates, evenly divide the steak slices on top and spoon about 1/2 tbsp of the reserved dressing over each. Description: "Treyfe" Email this Recipe:
