Instructions: 2 Cups sifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup chopped walnuts 2 eggs well beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sugar 1 cup canned pumpkin 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margerine, melted
1. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon onto wax paper 2. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, pumpkin & butter in large bowl. 3. Stir in dry ingredients 4. Fold in walnuts 5. Spoon onto greased 9 x 3 x 3 loaf pan 6. Bake in 350 oven for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes & remove. Cool completely & wrap in foil. Email this Recipe:
