Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x unbaked 9" pie shell
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbl flour
3 cup apples peeled - chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 x egg beaten
1 cup sour cream
streusel topping
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix next 7 ingredients together. Place in crust. Bake at 400` for 45 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING: While pie is baking, mix remaining ingredients together. Sprinkle streusel on pie and return to oven. Bake at 350` for 15 minutes longer. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.

NOTES: Heres this weeks First Place Winner in our local recipe contest. Our Home Economist and tester says it has a wonderful custard surrounding the apples, and a crisp sugary topping. She says it disappeared quickly at her house.
