2 x Frying pans
Mushrooms
Peas - frozen are very good!
Tomato paste
Cream, (dont be put off, its not too rich)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta

Saute mushrooms and peas in small amount of olive oil

Heat tomato paste in 2nd pan, add cream and stir until salmon pink in colour.

Stir in penne pasta and mushrooms and peas.

Put heaps of parmesan on top.

Kate does the best Tina Arena impersonation ever!
