Instructions: Melt the chocolate and the butter together in a pot.
Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beating thoroughly. Stir in the flour, salt and walnuts. Pour into a greased 8"x8" metal baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 40 minutes. Remove pan to a rack to cool. Cut into 12 squares. Note from Suzy: I personally prefer pecans to walnuts.
