Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup good strong beef broth completely d, efatted
1 x 2-inch square onion, finely diced
4 x dried shitake mushrooms
2 x dried porcini mushrooms
1/2 cup drained, canned straw mush- rooms
2 tbl heaping, of dehydrated mashed potat, oes
2 dsh maggi seasoning
Instructions:
Instructions: To the beef stock, add diced onions. Cook until soft. Place dried mushrooms in warm water until softened. Save juice. Dice mushrooms.

Drain juice through a coffee filter to remove any impurities, such as sand, wood, or other inedibles. Put the strained juice from the reconstituted mushrooms and the canned mushrooms into the broth.

Simmer for at least 30 minutes. Add the dried mashed potatoes.

Season to taste.
