Instructions: In a sauce pot, heat butter and hot sauce to boiling. In deep fryer fry chicken wings about 12 at a time fry 12-15 minutes or until crispy. After chicken wings are done, dip into sauce then eat. If the sauce is not spicy enough, cut down on the butter.
