Instructions: In a large skillet, brown meat and onion, drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water (and mushrooms, if desired). Simmer covered five minutes. Add 2 cups noodles and simmer 10 min or until noodles are done. Turn off heat, add shredded mozzarella cheese (about one cup) and put lid back on for 5 minutes. Stir and serve. Email this Recipe:
