Instructions: Mix cake mix, milk, butter, and nuts together. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9x12 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, melt caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Remove brownies from oven; carefully spread caramel mixture over brownies. Top with remaining half of cake mixture. Continue to bake for another 18-20 minutes. Cool slightly; put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
