2 cup	peaches, sliced
3/4 cup	flour
1 pch	salt
2 tbl	baking powder
1 cup	sugar
3/4 cup	milk
1/2 cup	butter or margarine

Instructions:

Instructions: Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Mix with 1/2 cup sugar; slowly stir in milk to make batter. Put melted butter in baking pan

(8x8x2-inch). Pour batter over butter (do not stir). Mix peach, cinnamon, and 1/2 cup sugar thoroughly; add to batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
