2 cup	flour
2 cup	sugar
1 pch	salt
4 tbl	cocoa
1 cup	cold water
1 stk	butter or margarine
1/2 cup	Wesson Oil
1/2 cup	buttermilk
1 tsp	baking soda
2 x	eggs
1 tsp	vanilla
	----------------- ICING ----------------
1 stk	margarine
6 tbl	milk
1 box	powdered sugar, (16 oz.)
1 cup	pecans
4 tbl	cocoa

Instructions:

Instructions: Sift flour, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Put cocoa, water, butter, and oil in saucepan; bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients while hot. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Add egg and vanilla; add to above mixture. Beat until smooth. Grease and flour large sheet pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 18 minutes at 400 degrees.

Icing:
Beat ingredients together until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
