Instructions: 1. Turn sweet potatoes into large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated through.

2. Preheat oven to 350.

3. Mash sweet potatoes. Add sugar, bourbon, butter, and vanilla; beat until well blended. Turn into 2-quart, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle marshmallows over top.

4. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden Makes 9 servings.
