Instructions: Place shortening in pressure cooker and heat over medium heat until shortening reaches 400 F. In a small bowl, combine egg and milk. In a separate bowl, combine remaining six dry ingredients. Dip each piece of chicken into milk until fully moistened. Roll moistened chicken in the flour mixture until well coated. In groups of four or five pieces, drop coated chicken into the shortening and lock the lid. When pressure builds up cook for 10 minutes. Release according to the Manufacturers instructions. Remove to rack and drain for 5 minutes before eating.
