1 x 9 inch pie shell unbaked
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter, melted or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
3 x eggs slightly beaten
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla; mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over all. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for approximately 45 minutes. When cool, top with whipped cream or ice cream, if you desire.
