Instructions: Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients.

Pour hot liquid over dry ingredients and mix until marshmellows dissolve completely(10-15 min.). Spread in 13X9 pan and chill in fridge till firm.

Store in fridge.
