3 tbl brown sugar
6 tbl unsalted butter melted

5 x eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbl grated lime peel
2 tbl rum optional
2 dsh green food color
1/2 pt heavy cream whipped
Instructions:
Instructions: Make crust: Combine all ingredients; blend well with fork. Pat into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 400 oven 5 to 6 minutes. Cool

Make filling: Beat eggs and sugar until lemon-colored and foamy; add butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until custard-like, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice and peel, rum and food coloring. Cool to room temperature. Fold mousse into whipped cream and pour into pie shell. Chill. To serve, spread with sour cream and garnish with lime slices.
