Instructions: Skin fillets and cut into serving size portions.
Place fish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour lime juice over fish and let stand for 30 minutes, turning once. Remove fish, reserving juice. Place fish on a well greased broiler pan. Combine butter and juice. Brush fish with butter mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Broil about 4" from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lime wedges. Email this Recipe:
