FOR THE CRUST ----------------
1 pkt plain sweet biscuits, (such as Maree biscuits)
3 tbl plain flour
3 tbl roasted hazelnuts
200 gm butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
7 x egg yolks
3 x eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180 c. First, make the crust. Place the biscuits, flour and nuts in a food processor and grind until fine. With the motor running, pour the melted butter through the feed tube and continue processing until the mixture is thoroughly moistened. Press the cookie crumb mixture into a buttered pie plate and press well to secure all the crumbs. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden. Remove from the oven and cool.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened milk, yolks, eggs and lime juice until well mixed and smooth. Pour the custard mixture into the cool pie crust then bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until set.

Allow to cool then chill until ready to serve.

Serve with thick cream if desired.
