1/2 head cabbage coarsely sliced
1 med potato diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp caraway seeds if desired
1 lrg onion halved, sliced thin
1/2 lb Polish sausage - (to 2 lbs) cut into 1" pieces
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in crockpot, mixing well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
