Instructions: Meatballs:
Mix ingredients well and form into 1/2" or 3/4" balls. Put on large plate and refrigerate while you do the sauce. Sauce: Put all in 5 qt dutch oven. Mix well, bring to boil. Add meatballs carefully as not to break apart. Take the pot and shake it back and forth, gently, so as to coat meatballs with sauce. Cover, simmer for 1/2 hour. Stir gently, simmer UNCOVERED for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, reducing sauce. Stir now and then, I make these in my Nesco 5 qt cooker sometimes. Chellie Pearlman Email this Recipe:
