Instructions: Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, beat the liquid ingredients together. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry, and mix together until blended. Pour into a greased 8-inch square or round cake pan.
Preheat your oven to 350F and bake for about 30 minutes. Eat with whatever you feel like: frosting, whipped cream, ice cream, coffee, or all by itself! NOTES : This is a variation of our King Arthur Cake-Pan Cake put together slightly differently. Because whey is naturally acidic, the need for a tablespoon of vinegar is eliminated.
