1/4 med	onions, chopped fine
1/4 cup	Cider vinegar
12 oz	Beer, amber (like Petes Wicked Amber)
2 tbl	Chili powder
4 x	Cloves garlic, minced
2 tbl	Prepared mustard
2 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl	Cumin
1 tbl	Ground coriander
1 tsp	Cocoa
1/4 cup	Bourbon
	Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions:

Instructions: Bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until thick.
