Ingredients:

2 x steaks a tender cut such as tenderloin or rib
1 x kiwi peeled and mashed well mash it in a resealable bag
1 cup cola
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients in the plastic bag. Seal and let stand to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour. DO NOT marinate longer than 1 hour, or the meat will go mushy! Remove from the marinade and grill to desired doneness. Season with additional lemon pepper if desired.

Rayna Says: This is one of our favourite ways to prepare steaks. I love this recipe because it doesnt take forever to marinate and the flavour is awesome!
