800 gm kiwi fruit
100 ml water
200 ml Champagne
3/4 cup sugar (caster)
Instructions:
Instructions: Puree the kiwi fruit in a vitamiser.

Boil the water, champagne and sugar add the kiwi puree and lemon juice. Stir well and allow to cool.

Freeze the mixture for 2-3 hours, whisking every 15 minutes or so to prevent large chunks of ice from forming.
