Instructions: Peel kiwi. Reserve 4 slices for garnish and chop remaining fruit. In a heavy skillet or wok, heat oil. Toss shrimp in flour and saute 30 seconds.
Add Prosciutto, shallots and chili powder. Saute another 30 seconds. Add the chopped kiwi and saute 30 seconds. Add wine and reduce by half . Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
