Instructions: Arrange kiwifruit, grapefruit and blueberries on a platter; sprinkle with almonds. Serve with Yogurt-Lime Dressing.
Yogurt-Lime Dressing: Combine 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel (green part only) Mix well. Makes 1/4 cup. Note: To toast nuts, heat in a dry skillet over medium heat until they start to brown. Stir occasionally. Be careful not to scorch them. Email this Recipe:
