Instructions: Mix first 12 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes. Ladle into hot, sterilized half-pint jars and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 15 mins. Cools and store in refrigerator after opening.
Makes about 6 jars. NOTES: One of my coworkers has a large kiwi farm in northern San Diego county, and for several months in late fall and early winter, I am under extreme duress to come up with recipes using the furry little critters. This is one of those recipes Email this Recipe:
