Instructions: Soak raisins in water until soft, about 1/2 hour. Use the slicing blade on food processor to slice frozen banana, then put in a separate mixing bowl. Place the S blade on your food processor, quickly return the newly sliced and still frozen banana to the processor bowl. Blend until the bananas have the texture of a very rich ice cream. Add cofffee and rum extract; blend until well mixed. Stir in the carob powder, if desired. Transfer to mixing bowl and place in freezer until slightly set. Serve topped with raisins.
