Instructions: Cut off tops and bottoms of squash (very thin) core squash after cutting each in half sprinkle inside of each squash with a little lemon juice and touch of garlic salt stuff squash with filling....leaving a little space for rice to expand place in pan,add tomato puree and water. add garlic and dried mint leaves on top of sauce cover and cook on low heat for about 35 mins....or till tender
