1 x block firm Beancurd, (must be firm not floating in water)
----------------- MIX TO MAKE A SAUCE ----------------
1 x clove crushed Garlic
2 tsp dry roasted sesame seeds, (grind them)
3 x Spring Onions, (finely sliced)
4 tbl Soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut beancurd into cubes

Heat 1-2 tablespoons light oil in heavy based frying pan. Fry beancurd until brown on all sides. Pour prepared sauce over beancurd. Turn to low simmer, cover lid or plate and cook for 10 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
