Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb fresh spinach
8 oz fresh bean sprouts
8 oz can water chestnuts - sliced and drained
5 slc bacon - fried and crumbled
2 x hard cooked eggs - sliced
salt and pepper to taste
optional - fresh sliced mushrooms
Dressing: (combine and chill)
2/3 cup salad oil
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
Instructions:
Instructions: Trim and clean spinach. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Add bacon and bean sprouts. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving add dressing and toss. Garnish with eggs.
