1 lb top sirloin steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbl vegetable oil
3 tbl sesame seeds
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp brown sugar
1 x clove garlic -- minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Pound steak using a meat mallet. Place steak in a large shallow dish. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Pour mixture over steak; cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.

Remove meat from marinade, and place on lightly greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 4 to 5 minutes; turn steak and broil an additional 4 to 5 minutes. To serve, slice across grain into thin slices.

Yield: 4
servings.
