Recipe for Korean Style Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 tsp	Ginger, grated
3 x	Cloves garlic, diced
1 x	Red chili pepper
1/4 cup	Salad oil (sesame seed oil)
2 tsp	Sake (Japanese wine)
2 tsp	Sugar (more if needed)

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all above ingredients in order in a bottle and shake well. Leave in icebox overnight. This sauce can be used with short ribs, chicken, teriyaki etc.
