Instructions: Into a flat, ungreased cake pan, place a sifter.

pour into sifter flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa. Sift Make 3 holes in the mixture.

Into 1st hole put measured vanilla
Into 2nd hole put measured vinegar
Into last hole place measured oil
Over the whole mixture pour cup of cold water Beat in the pan until smooth
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
Top with powdered sugar
