Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 lrg Kumara, peeled and chopped
Salt to taste
50 gm Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 tbl Brown sugar
1 tbl Butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Boil the kumara in salted water until tender, then drain well. Mash with the ginger, brown sugar and butter, season with salt and pepper and serve.
