In a saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Let marmalade cool in a heat-proof bowl and chill, covered, until cold, about 2 hours. Marmalade keeps, covered and chilled, 2 weeks. Makes about 3 cups. Email this Recipe:
