1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbl cornstarch
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp freshly-ground ground ginger
2 lb flank steak thinly sliced
1 tbl vegetable oil
2/3 cup salted peanuts
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, crushed red pepper, and ginger. Add the steak and toss to coat.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over high heat. Add the steak mixture and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through, stirring constantly.

Sprinkle with the peanuts and scallions, and serve.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.

Comments: To be restaurant-authentic, serve this over steamed rice.
