Instructions: Bring stock to a boil & add sauerkraut juice. Mix in sour cream, flour, & egg. add a small portion of the hot stock. Mix then add to the pot & simmer for 3 minutes. Add the mashed potatos ands sprinkle with the dill. Seve with the ryebread croutonsmsprinkled over the soup.
