Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Lightly grease two cookie sheets. Stir together the oats, flour, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Cream the margarine and both sugars in another large mixing bowl until light and smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla with a whisk. Slowly mix in the oat mixture, then the dried cranberries.
Spoon the batter onto the cookie sheets with a teaspoon, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Email this Recipe:
