4 oz sugar
8 oz egg yolks
1 oz vanilla bean
4 oz whole milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring milk to a boil. Infuse the vanilla beans in the milk for at least 10 hours.

Mix sugar, egg yolks, and lavender honey. Add cream and milk. Strain. Bake at 225 degrees for one hour.
