Instructions: *Just enough to get things moving in the processor. (Its supposed to be thick, so dont use too much beer or youll have soup.)
In a food processor or blender add all ingredients, process until smooth. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. For parties, serve it with an unsliced loaf of white or rye bread. Hollow out the bread as you would a jack o lantern ( dont cut eyes or a mouth though). Spoon the beer cheese into the bread bowl. Surround the 1 1/2 inch bread cubes or crackers or raw veggies for dipping. Makes 16 - 1 ounce servings. Email this Recipe:
