Instructions: Combine all the ingredients add a little water and blend to a semi solid chutney in a food processor.
If the taste is too sharp add more coconut. Serve with hot rotis and a vegetable curry. This recipe comes from coastal India where coconut is the base for nearly everything. It adds a lift to any meal and leftover chutney can be used as a sandwich filling. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
