Instructions: Melt butter in large dutch oven. Saute onions, celery, peppers. Add flour, cook 15 mins on low heat, stirring frequently. Add parsley and shrimp or crawfish. Cook 15 mins. Add half and half or sour cream, soup, cheese cut into small chunks, relish and garlic. Cook 20 mins.
Cook noodles in lightly salted water, drain well, add to shrimp and mix. EITHER cook for further 10 mins OR top with layer of grated parmesan cheese and bake at 350F for 15 to 20 mins. Tomi Schaefer Email this Recipe:
