Instructions: Combine ground lamb, egg, green pepper, onion, soy sauce, pepper and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice from pineapple in a large bowl. Mix well.
Shape into 6 patties; place on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 3 inches from heat, 5 minutes on each side for medium and 7 min- utes for well done. Top each patty with a drained pineapple slice; brush with additional soy sauce and broil 1 minute longer, or until pineapple slices are brown. 6 servings of 223 calories each. Email this Recipe:
