Instructions: Drain peaches, reserving syrup. In small saucepan, combine syrup with lime juice, peel and ginger. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing frequently with lime sauce. Broil peach halves 5 minutes, basting with lime sauce.
