Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
8 x lean lamb chops
25 gm butter
garlic salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 tbl fresh rosemary or 1 tbsp dried rosemary
Instructions:
Instructions: Put the chops in a ovenproof dish
Top with knobs of butter and add garlic salt and pepper Sprinkle with the rosemary and squeeze the lemon juice over the chops

Cover the dish with foil and cook in a preheated oven 200C 400F gas mark 6 for 30 minutes

Remove the foil and return the dish to the oven for a further 510 minutes till the chops are tender Serve garnished with extra sprigs of fresh rosemary and lemon wedges if liked

Serves 4

If you don t like rosemary substitute it with crushed garlic
